I am trying to trace S/Sgt Brian Oldfield who served in 19tank Transporter Squadron at Bulford back in 1969. I was the pay sergeant there. Many thanks

Just found this site and got more time on my hands now ,was going thru what stuff i have left after a house fire, all my photos of my army days are gone but found my little silver antar and tank ,bit worse for wear but brought back some happy thoughts of my days at 3sqn sennelager 80 to 83 ,B, troop and HQtroop, i was 18 yrs old and useless at everything even drinking , but meet some great peeps , ive been going thru the photos on this site and has cheered me up ,theres a few names i can rember… Continue

We all have a story or memory of a particular time that we spent during our Tank Transporting service, Blomburgh Hill for example, the toughest hill in Germany and I bet many a broken down story, or perhaps the drag to Reinsalin when Scouse and Joes truck (with tank on) was hit by the civvi wagon at night time and closed the autobarne.
There are many many stories and memories, we just got to share them.
