Mark 1 had a ballast body and carried carried ballast blocks.
Mark 2 Antar was a Fifth Wheel Only.
Mark 3 & 3 A came out later.

Hi there again John. 34 years ! Bloody hell you should have been awarded the George Cross! 3 years was more than enough for me as NS lad. But funilly enough even though we hated it at the time, I am in regular contact with afew of the NS lads; Pete (pussy cat) BRown, Nornan Lillywhite, Lance Disney and Mo Walker( reg) and we spend hours on the phone laughing about the good old times. Re that photo John that I took,I have looked at it a thousand times over the last 50 years, I can remember the names of about 50-60% of the lads but I'm buggered if I can remember how it came about.Bob
