Wow how sad, Bob was a good man I knew him in the old days in Fallingbostel we had a good few years together I remember when he got his new car a dark green Renault I think! it was in the early 70's. RIP mate. Condolences to Diane and family from Roswitha and myself.

A sad day yesterday 25th Jan,Keith Brocklesby's civic funeral at Milton Keynes Crematorium. several ex Senne lads were in attendance to represent his many friends from his Army days. Moe & Phyllis Walker,Fred & Sue Connelly,Bob Saunders and his wife,Iain Poole,Clive "Titch" Bailey and myself.

It is with Great sadness i have just heard that my very good friend and comrade Keith Brocklesby has passed on,i shall miss him and all the Hilarious Emails he has sent me over the years.

just received word of the passing of KEITH (BROCK)BROCKLESBURY he died of a heart attack over christmas,funeral arrangments have yet to be made,brock was a good man and l first met him in september 1964 he was always helpful and ready to give advice to us young lads and had a terrific sense of humour.R.I.P mate my heartfelt condolences to michelle and hia family.john (toddy) todd

Jimmy me old mate we arrived in fallingbostel  back in 1972, we had many good years together, you were likable you funny you were courageous you came to my wedding you are one in a million and you will be missed. condolences to all his family.

Details for Jimmy Riddle (Brian) funeral.

21st Sept at 12.30 Rochdale Rugby Club then onto church/crematorium and back to Rugby Club for drinks etc.

Like many who knew Brian (Jimmy Riddle) I have very good memories of the time I served with him in 16sqn. Also played rugby with him as well as sharing a room with him whilst serving in N I. RIP old friend you are fondly remembered

cannot believe this sad news he was a great guy,played great game of rugby an even got me in bother with the wife ...he will be sadly missed and never forgotten ..deepest sympathy to the family r.i.p.

Was shocked, gobsmacked and speechless to hear about Brian (Jimmy) Riddle, remember the good times we had at Fally and the party's he held.....  fond memory's wont be forgotten.....R.I.P. Jimmy.

would also like to add my condolences to Jimmy's family, I had the great pleasure of serving with him in fally, he had really good sense of humour and was 100% fair with everyone never forget him as a Sgt going to Antwerp to pick up the new Commanders and him returning as a tom to a lance jack, I was looking forward to catching up with him at the reunion, he will be sadly missed, RIP

Devastated to hear the news of the passing of Jimmy Riddle (Brian), had so many laughs and memories with him,a true gent and great rugby player, I am currently trying to establish the funeral details which I will pass on soonest, RIP big Jim.
